Work on the weekend shift, 12 hours per day, from Friday to Sunday. Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 25 unionized employees. Be responsible for the operational processes by achieving and monitoring the objectives. Plan the daily operations and follow up on them.Adhere to the management system by reporting and analyzing various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc. Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain communication with other departments for any issue related to the sector. Ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts and the problem‑solving process.Ensure the training of employees, evaluate their performance and progress. Promote a work environment based on engagement, teamwork, and open communication. Qualifications

College or university degree in aeronautics, engineering, operations management or a related field. At least five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a unionized manufacturing environment. Strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved. Demonstrated managerial courage when managing personnel.Available, flexible and motivated by a stimulating and changing environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Bilingual.
