(CONTRACT) Material Logistics Agent - Montreal, Pointe-Claire

Responsibilities

Ensuring adherence to production schedules and, if necessary, coordinating catch‑up plans with all stakeholders. Ensuring that required parts and materials are present on the assembly line on time. Defining and documenting the strategy for production kits. Communicating information about shortages and working closely with procurement and manufacturing logistics teams.Interacting with multiple cross‑functional teams (Logistics‑Supply Chain, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.). Participating in improvement projects (Operational Excellence, 5S, Cost and Inventory Reduction, Value‑Added Production, etc.). Qualifications

One (1) to five (5) years of experience in the logistics field. Bachelor degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or an equivalent college diploma with relevant work experience. Strong interest in planning, coordinating work, continuous improvement, and value‑added production.Bilingual (French and English). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with the ERP system BAAN (a major asset).
