Analyste principal·e financier·ère, Expérience client (CX) Location: Dorval, QC, Canada H4S 1Y9

Responsibilities

Act as main point of contact for the Finance CX team, ensuring planning, coordination and communication of monthly close activities, financial planning processes, including forecast, budget, strategic plan, S&OP, and R&O/PAP.

Provide daily functional support, share knowledge and contribute to consistent practices, acting as an informal leader without hierarchical authority.

Track progress of process‑optimization initiatives and offer active support to team members.

Produce financial reports and ensure rigorous tracking of capital allocation.

Maintain continuous alignment with procurement, HR and FP&A teams.

Actively participate in preparation and presentation of financial information to management.

Conduct in‑depth financial analyses on specific issues upon request.

Validate management reports, journal entries and account reconciliations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.

Recognized professional accounting designation (CPA) is an asset.

Excellent command of the MS Office suite.

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Solid knowledge of accounting standards.

Strong planning and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical skills and sound professional judgment for evaluating options and recommending to management.

Excellent relational skills, promoting collaboration and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, internal partners and senior management.

Very good communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English, at all organizational levels.

Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and process‑optimization initiatives.
