As a Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and help embody Roots' values of quality and inclusivity. Your main focus will be on developing lifelong customers through exceptional service and effective resolution of issues. Bring your enthusiasm and teamwork to enhance the shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver excellent customer service consistently • Resolve customer issues at the store level • Handle cash and perform POS transactions • Uphold store presentation and merchandise standards • Assist with visual display and store upkeep
Requirements:• Experience in retail, especially apparel • Skills in connecting and building relationships • Strong presentation abilities in a retail setting • Self-starter with optimistic outlook • Capability to follow retail operation guidelines
