Key Responsibilities:• Live and promote a kind and joyful environment • Collaborate with co-workers and families in leadership • Attend networking and professional meetings regularly • Ensure safety and equitable engagement for children • Support reflective teaching and professional growth
Requirements:• Minimum 2-3 years in licensed childcare settings • Early Childhood Educator or equivalent certification • In-depth understanding of pedagogical frameworks • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check required • First Aid and CPR Level C certification needed
