Carpenter, Penticton

Wildstone is a General Contractor currently recruiting for a Carpenter (ticketed or un-ticketed) with experience on commercial and light industrial projects to join our team. Travel is required for this position.

You’ll travel for work to locations throughout BC, the Yukon and occasionally the Northwest Territories. Our crews typically work/rotations, travel in and out of various locations, work -hour shifts on average, and enjoy the comforts of home in well‑maintained crew houses.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum years experience technical and trades experience

Framing experience on commercial, multi‑residential and industrial construction projects

You’re dependable and you’re a self‑starter – you show up to work on time and get the job done.

You understand modern construction practices and construction documents and can read and interpret blueprints

Safety is not an afterthought– you have a history of working safely and looking out for the safety of the crew on site.

Work hard to build and maintain successful work relationships

Must have or be willing to obtain the following tickets: Fall protection, WHMIS, Scissor lift, and Level First Aid
