Key Responsibilities:• Train staff to deliver outstanding customer service • Conduct daily property walk-throughs for guest satisfaction • Assist in developing and mentoring property personnel • Prepare and manage the annual resort budget • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
Requirements:• Management experience in hospitality or hotel industry • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong communication skills across all levels • Ability to manage budgets effectively • Willingness to work weekends and holidays during peak season
