Key Responsibilities:• Remove old vines and trellis installations • Set up new vineyard infrastructure promptly • Prune, tie, tuck, and thin vines effectively • Conduct weeding and sucker removal tasks • Assist with irrigation and basic tractor work if needed

Requirements:• No prior experience necessary • Strong willingness to learn vineyard practices • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions • Availability for minimum 40 hours/week • Flexibility for weekend work when required
