Education&Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

Possesses a valid Class 5/7N driver’s license and has access to personal transportation.

Required to meet pre-employment testing requirements.

Required Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Solid understanding of maximizing production while minimizing contamination.

Able to learn from others and adopt best practices while maintaining a strong focus on safety, integrity, and reliability.

Ability to learn, be trained, and follow instructions and standard operating procedures.

Working Conditions

Work environment can include exposure to noise, vibrations, dust, and requires working alone with minimum supervision.

Exposure to working outdoors in all weather conditions, operating a light vehicle at the operations, including winter driving.

Regular exposure to lifting and moving items and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Compensation&Relocation Compensation will be aligned with market rates and determined based on experience, qualifications, and role. Successful candidates will be required to relocate or travel to the Princeton area; accommodation will be the responsibility of the successful applicant.
