RED Mountain Resort is hiring a dynamic Guest Experience Manager to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Lead a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences from online purchase to on-site support.
As the Guest Experience Manager, you will oversee all aspects of guest services and ensure the resort's POS systems function efficiently. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy with strong leadership abilities, capable of training staff and implementing systems that streamline operations and enhance guest relations while adhering to RED’s brand values.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage Guest Services for exceptional service delivery • Develop and execute efficient training programs for team members • Analyze operational metrics to improve service quality • Maintain and support POS systems and e store functions • Collaborate across departments to enhance service offerings
Requirements:• Diploma in Business Administration or IT field • 3–5 years leadership experience in service sectors • Proven experience with POS systems management • Skilled in data analysis and Microsoft applications • Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills
