This management position coordinates Home Support Services for Assisted Living and Independent Living residents. You will assess incoming residents and ensure their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:• Mobilize team towards achieving care objectives • Conduct pre-admission assessments for residents • Communicate with Health Authority Case Managers • Facilitate community programs and in-services • Recruit and orient qualified staff members
Requirements:• Current full scope License with BCCNM • Knowledge of Assisted Living Regulations • Minimum two years of recent LPN experience • Proficiency in English, verbal and written • Ability to operate necessary healthcare equipment
