Lot Manager

to join our team at

The Drive Ahead

Organize and maintain vehicle inventory across the dealership lot and display areas

Ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, fueled, and presentation‑ready

Coordinate vehicle movement between departments, detailing, service, and customer deliveries

Assist with receiving new inventory and conducting lot inspections for accuracy and condition

Support the sales and service teams by maintaining an efficient, safe, and professional environment

Performance Essentials

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Positive attitude with a willingness to work collaboratively across departments

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and professional dealership appearance

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain physically active throughout the day

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

Full‑time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
