Tuesday– Saturday | 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM Penticton, B.C. We are a luxury spa located in beautiful Penticton, B.C., dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences rooted in relaxation, self-care, and wellness. Our team is passionate about providing a warm, elevated, and welcoming environment where every guest feels cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.We are currently looking for a Guest Services Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, personable, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a seamless and memorable spa experience.Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally and efficiently Booking and managing guest appointments Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service Assisting guests with questions regarding treatments, services, and products Maintaining a calm, polished, and professional front desk environmentSupporting the team to ensure daily operations run smoothly The ideal candidate

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys working with people and creating positive experiences Is detail-oriented, reliable, and organized Can multitask in a busy workplace while maintaining professionalism Has previous customer service or reception experience (spa or hospitality experience is an asset)Shares a passion for wellness, self-care, and luxury guest experiences What we offer
