We’re looking for a Cellar Master that’s ready to jump in and contribute as a member of a winemaking team dedicated to producing world‐class wines. You will play a key role in the execution of all winemaking activities related to the production of our new world Chardonnay and Bordeaux red portfolio.Want to know more? You will… Communicate with the Winemaker regarding all aspects of production, focusing on the practical as well as abstract aspects of winemaking, and bringing new ideas and viewpoints to focus. Lead daily cellar operations, including grape intake, pressing, ferment management, wine transfers, temperature control, lab analysis, and bottling.Assist in training and supervising seasonal crush crew in all duties pertinent to their positions, leading by example while maintaining consistent communication and high safety and sanitation standards. Maintain accurate production, harvest, and laboratory records and support the development of SOPs and quality control documentation.Who You Are

Education in Oenology/Winemaking or applicable Science Related Field Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality‐focused Winemaking environment, with year‐round cellar experience Minimum of 3 harvests experience, with at least one international harvest Highly motivated, organized, detail‐oriented, flexible and able to work independently and in a team environment.A passion for wine is essential, along with a basic knowledge of wine styles, regions, etc. and desire to further advance knowledge Must be eligible to work in Canada Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position What We Offer

The typical hiring range for this position is $56,000 - $65,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
