Christina Lakeside Resort in Christina Lake, BC, is seeking a capable and friendly Management Team, ideally a couple, to manage daily operations year-round. Key duties include community leadership, property maintenance, and administrative tasks. Candidates should have solid customer service skills and experience in hospitality to ensure an enjoyable environment at the resort.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead community relations and conflict resolution • Manage daily administrative office tasks • Perform maintenance on buildings and facilities • Oversee landscaping and property upkeep • Operate and maintain sewage treatment systems

Requirements:• Previous resort or property management experience • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Basic maintenance skills in plumbing and electrical • Technical ability to manage sewage systems • Valid BC EOCP certification preferred
