At OneSky, we are seeking a full-time Supportive Living Worker to assist persons with disabilities in enhancing their quality of life. This role involves supporting activities of daily living, personal care, and community inclusion, fostering independence and engagement. You will work closely with individuals to meet their physical, emotional, and educational needs, ensuring they are valued members of our community.

Key Responsibilities:• Support individuals with disabilities in daily life activities • Assist with personal and perineal care tasks • Facilitate community inclusion opportunities • Ensure emotional and social needs are met • Foster development of life skills according to participant choice

Requirements:• Certificate in human/social service field or relevant experience • Experience with dual diagnosis or challenging behaviors • Clear, current Criminal Record Check • First Aid and CPR certification • Class 7 driver’s license, ability to obtain Class 5
