Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential to ensure clear and comfortable conversations with seniors, understand their needs, and report any concerns effectively. Compassionate and observant, with a heart for helping seniors. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license (travel required within Osoyoos, Oliver, and Okanagan Falls).Dependable and able to work independently in clients' homes. Attentive to changes in seniors’ well-being and willing to report concerns when necessary. Duties Include:

Providing friendly conversation and social connection. Assistance with daily tasks. Observing and reporting any changes in seniors’ well-being.
