Wealth Management Associate (Permanent Full-time) Location:
Peterborough, Ontario
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay:
$960.50 - $1,299.50 per week (plus pension and applicable benefits)
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will:
Act as an expert in the area of mutual funds including administration, processes, compliance, policies, and procedures
Audit mutual fund related transfer‑out paperwork and forward for processing
Provide administrative support to the Wealth Management team
Monitor and reconcile Credential Asset Manager (CAM) trust account
Assist Senior Manager, Wealth Management with supporting compliance requirements
Generate reports from the mutual funds system
Assist in building relations with internal and external referral resources to the Financial Planners
Perform other duties within the department as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Post‑secondary education with emphasis in financial services or investment management would be an asset
Two years experience working in a related job
Prior experience working in a financial institution would be an asset
Expert knowledge on mutual fund product offerings, administration and risk management policies and procedures
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
