JOB DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to the big picture of an investment dealer and will take ownership of the firm’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment with accountability and attention to detail. They will be comfortable working across compliance, finance, and operations, and will see their role as integral to the firm’s security and continuity rather than a siloed technical function.

Responsibilities

Manage the firm’s Power Platform environment, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Dynamics 365

Ensure data integrity across all Dataverse tables, and ensure accountability for the accuracy and upkeep of the data

Maintain and develop entities, forms, views across many Dynamics 365 applications

Manage security role permissions and user role assignments

Work with our data architecture team to ensure compatibility of data with our Microsoft Fabric environment

Provide support to internal staff for all Dynamics 365 applications and act on their feedback, which will include:

Assisting the Business Development team in implementing processes to improve the management of their pipeline in Dynamics 365 Sales

Assisting the Operations team in implementing processes in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and utilize Dynamics 365 Customer Voice to enable KPI’s for advisor service satisfaction

Assisting the Marketing team in improving our digital marketing capabilities in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys

Create and manage processes, documentation and our knowledge base related to Dynamics 365 applications.

Assess suitability for further Dynamics 365 applications or upgrades to existing solutions, such as Dynamics 365 Sales Professional vs Premium or Dynamics 365 Business Central vs Dynamics 365 Finance.

Develop custom apps in Power Apps to address issues in processes across the organization

Qualifications Regardless of experience, we provide specific training and ongoing development to all employees to ensure that knowledge and experience are applied consistently throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

3+ years experience in an IT role focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps

COMPENSATION&POSITION DETAILS

Annual salary range $60,000 - $85,000
