The Production Associate is responsible for the line packaging of liquid chemical products, ensuring accurate fill rate and correct packaging components. Key Responsibilities
Working in the staging area or on a production line packaging liquid chemical products, ensuring accurate fill rate and correct packaging components Line set‑up and general cleaning of production area Reporting quality issues to a supervisor Ensuring all production line checks are completed Proper recording on work orders (packaging materials, labour quality checks)Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and assigned work area Working effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency Following all standard operating procedures Following all safety guidelines and procedures Ensuring all equipment is operated according to the manufacturer’s instructionsOther duties as assigned What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a factory or production environment (would be an asset) General knowledge of health and safety best practices in a factory, production, or warehouse environment Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy The ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines and productivity goalsThe ability to work as part of a team The ability to work in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for six to seven hours, bending, crouching, climbing, reaching, etc.) Job Details&What We Offer
Location: Peterborough, Ontario Shift: Monday to Friday, 7AM– 3:30PM Wage: Starting at $19/hour Variable compensation: Annual performance bonus eligibility Vacation: Starting at 3 weeks Benefits from Day1
