Collections Representative, Renfrew County and Lanark Highlands Township (Deep River)

GM Financial is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors, a global provider of auto finance solutions offering attractive retail financing, lease programs, and commercial lending products to dealers. The Customer Account Representative of Collections is responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect and resolve delinquent accounts, mitigating further actions and upholding the company image by providing an exceptional customer experience.This position will be posted until filled, with a forecasted start date of June 22nd. There are five openings for this role. Responsibilities

Resolve delinquent accounts through effective communication and negotiation Provide service that meets or exceeds customer expectations Use sound judgment to determine appropriate next steps Accurately document activity and manage time to meet daily goals Represent GM Financial with professionalism and integrityQualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem‑solving and negotiation ability Confidence handling customer conversations Comfort with multitasking, systems, and basic math Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Education&Work Experience

High school diploma required Secondary school or equivalent work experience preferred Previous call center, collections, and/or sales experience preferred What We Offer

Base hourly rate: $23/hr. Eligible for a performance‑based incentive plan. Full‑time employees become eligible for health benefits after 30 days of employment.
