About CBI Health’s Community Rehabilitation Services Working in communities across Ontario, our team treats clients who’ve experienced mental stress injuries, focusing on a return to pre‑accident function.
In our Traumatic Psychological Injury program, Occupational Therapists work with clients such as first responders who’ve experienced workplace trauma. They conduct in‑vivo exposure therapy, behavioural activation, and facilitate trauma processing, coping, and return to function. The program integrates evidence‑based care and innovative interventions such as virtual reality.
Wage range: $42.00–$54.00 per hour

Opportunities to work remotely, including virtual treatment, billing, report writing and documentation
A signing bonus of $2,500
What You Need To Be Successful
Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (travel up to 1–1.5 hours radius)
Willingness to provide in‑vivo OT treatment in a variety of settings, including client’s homes, workplaces, and/or the community
Passion for the profession, commitment to ongoing professional development, and dedication to providing excellent client care
The ability to thrive in a self‑directed and independent environment
Strong organizational skills
Strong critical thinking, decision‑making, and analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Empathy and ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
Experience in the private sector, particularly auto sector legislation and mental health, is an asset
New grads and experienced OTs transitioning from other areas of practice are encouraged to apply
