As the Employee Experience Knowledge Manager, you will integrate People Operations with AI technologies. Your strategic vision will be vital in transforming the fragmented knowledge landscape and ensuring a streamlined and cohesive approach. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve a modern service delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:• Build and maintain a centralized People knowledge ecosystem • Establish AI-ready knowledge frameworks for automation • Design effective support workflows for self-service optimization • Lead the evolution of service models and triage processes • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools for streamlined support
Requirements:• Proven experience in knowledge management system design • Strong background in People Operations or HR service delivery • Proficiency in AI workflows and automated operations • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives effectively • Strong judgment in balancing compliance and innovation
