Key Responsibilities:• Maintain ServiceNow platform health and performance • Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls • Support ITIL processes including Change and Request Management • Maintain CMDB for data accuracy using Discovery tools • Customize workflows and integrate with other systems
Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience • Solid understanding of CMDB and ITIL processes • Proficiency in JavaScript; HTML, CSS, AngularJS a plus • Familiarity with ITSM, HRSD, and other modules • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
