The Maintenance Supervisor is pivotal in establishing long-range plans for maintenance improvement while providing technical insights to the production teams. You will handle equipment diagnostics, compliance with safety standards, and the supervision of maintenance staff. Your leadership will guide teams in achieving key operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:• Implement safety policies and maintain housekeeping standards • Diagnose equipment issues and oversee correction implementation • Supervise construction and maintenance activities • Train and develop maintenance personnel effectively • Ensure adherence to corporate and labor policies
Requirements:• Skilled in interpreting blueprints and mechanical concepts • Experience supervising a multi-trade workforce • Proficient in communication across all levels • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Associate degree in Engineering or related field preferred
