Salary
$55,444.68– $64,508.80
Position Summary
The Team Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to a Service Team in accordance with agency policies and procedures. This includes supporting the Team Supervisor and team members; receiving, documenting, and responding to inquiries; scheduling and coordinating appointments; maintaining and accessing client records; and completing a variety of administrative functions to support effective team operations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Strong proficiency in general office administration, including word processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Minimum 6 months of related experience
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in a second language is an asset
Additional Information
Candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background check before an offer of employment may be made. Proof of education is required.
This position is covering a leave of absence. Durham Children’s Aid Society does not utilize Artificial Intelligence for the screening and selection of candidates.
