Lead and motivate a skilled production team as a Production Supervisor. Your expertise will drive efficiency and quality in automotive manufacturing on rotating shifts in a dynamic setting.
This role focuses on supervising a unionized workforce and enhancing overall production output. You will develop methods to resolve issues, implement quality control, and continuously improve processes. Your motivational skills will help foster a proactive safety culture within the team environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise coordination of production activities • Implement production tracking and quality control measures • Hire, train, and provide feedback to team members • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and labor agreements • Maintain communication with cross-functional teams
Requirements:• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience with leadership • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage and resolve team conflicts • Knowledge of production quality and processes • Proficiency in using MS Office tools
