This full-time supervisor role entails overseeing program delivery alongside the Program Manager. Your social work background will empower you to support clients' journey towards housing stability, guiding them with goal-setting, case management, and connection to vital community resources. You'll play a key role in ensuring each client's housing journey is supported and successful.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate service delivery for the Transitional Housing Program • Support clients in independent living skills development • Help clients engage with community services and supports • Conduct housing plan check-ins and follow-ups • Facilitate access to food security and financial support

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or relevant field • Knowledge of Landlord Tenant Act • Experience in support roles with at-risk populations • Strong organizational and communication abilities • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
