This role involves supporting various aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled tradespeople. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities

Assist with site preparation, clean-up, and material handling to ensure smooth project flow Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks Support carpentry activities including framing, ICF, and finishing work Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environmentCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Requirements

Prior experience with hand and power tools, construction sites, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Strong attention to safety procedures and protocolsGood communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred but not required depending on job location Pay
