Job Description We are looking for a young, passionate sales enthusiast eager to take on challenges and grow within the hospitality industry. As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you will be key in promoting our newly renovated property, expanding our client portfolio, and driving our commercial success.
Your main focus will be active prospecting within the local area, developing new business, securing corporate contracts, and reactivating existing accounts to boost hotel performance. You will work on Corporate, MICE, Social Events, and F&B segments, aiming to achieve set sales targets.
You’ll also increase visibility through phone outreach, site inspections, client presentations, sales blitzes, and webinars, closely collaborating with the Warwick Brussels sales and marketing team.
Prospecting and Acquisition of New Accounts
Develop a portfolio by prospecting businesses on Avenue Louise and surrounding streets, as well as art galleries in the area.
Review and reactivate pre-Covid contracts.
Build loyalty with existing MICE clients and identify new opportunities.
Prospect Belgian event agencies.
Monitor the arrival list for post-stay evaluations via phone.
Management of Existing Accounts
Foster and maintain relationships with current clients.
Conduct quarterly evaluations of account performance.
Site Inspections and Events
Organize and lead hotel site inspections.
Participate in local social events to represent the hotel and the Warwick brand.
Reporting and Analysis
Provide accurate follow-up through sales call reports and monthly reports for the DOSM and GM.
Evaluate the ROI of actions taken and track the revenue growth of accounts.
Skills Required
Passion for Sales: You enjoy building connections and persuading potential clients.
Interest in Hospitality and Tourism: You are motivated to grow within the service and hospitality sector.
Strong Communication Skills: You are comfortable speaking and writing, adapting your message to different audiences.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the hotel’s growth.
Organizational Skills: You can manage your priorities and plan your sales activities effectively.
Candidate Profile
Education: Recent graduate in business, management, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: Minor professional experience is required, internships or academic projects in sales/commercial roles.
Languages: Proficiency in French / Dutch / English (spoken and written)
Mobility: Available for travel within the local area.
