Capstone Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician, Lake Simcoe North Shore (Coldwater)

As a Technician I, you will execute intermediate maintenance tasks while promoting safe practices within the team. This role requires someone who can operate specialized tools and effectively gather data on turbine issues. You will help enhance the operational environment and contribute to Capstone’s mission of clean energy.

Key Responsibilities:• Follow safety standards and identify risks • Carry out wind turbine installation and maintenance • Diagnose routine turbine performance issues • Support and mentor junior technicians • Look for process improvement opportunities

Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent • At least 3 years relevant experience • Proficient with hydraulic and electrical tools • Effective communication and teaching abilities • Valid Driver's License and readiness to travel
