Responsibilities
Overseethepreparationoftheoptimisationprocessthroughtosignoff
Brief,manageanddrivetheexternalconsultantsinthepreparationandissueofproductioninformationtoanagreedprogramme
PreparetechnicalspecificationsinlinewithrequirementsdeterminedbytheLandAcquisitionbudgetandTechnical/SalesMeetings
Ensureallstatutoryenquiries,crossovers,sewerconnectionsaresubmittedandpursuedfortheirtimelyreturn
OverseetheNHBC/BuildingRegulationsapplicationstoapproval
EnsurethatworkingdrawingsareinaccordancewiththeapprovedPlanningScheme
PreparationofHealth&SafetyPlans
MonitorandcontrolallproductioninformationincloseliaisonwiththeDevelopmentEstimatortoensuretightcostcontrolsarekeptandinformationproducedinlinewithbudgetestimates
OverseepreparationofBrochurePlans,ConveyancePlansandSalesAreadrawings
Attendsiteprogressmeetingandcarryoutsiteinspections
Attendmeetingsatvariousstagesofprojects(Technicalhand-over,ProjectMeeting,Optimisation,Technical/Sales,BudgetMeetings,etc.)
Generalliaisonandcoordinationbetweenotherparties,bothinternalandexternal
