In‑Room Dining Server – Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise

Start Date : June 2026 Pay Rate : $17.22/hour Job Duties : Take guest orders over the phone in a professional and courteous manner. Serve food and beverages in accordance with Fairmont's standards of presentation, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any special dietary requirements, preferences, or concerns.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s menu and seasonal changes, to offer suggestions to guests. Accurately process orders and payments, ensuring guests’ checks are correct and payments are processed. Ensure that guest rooms are left neat and tidy after delivery, removing any unused or empty items.Qualifications : Alberta ProServe Certificate required. Minimum of 1 year experience in food&beverage industry an asset. Working knowledge of Micros, Property Manager and Microsoft applications an asset. Additional Information : Will be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non‑day shifts. Applicants must be able to meet these requirements as needed. Benefits&Perks
