This role begins in June 2026, offering a permanent position with a starting rate of $22.35 per hour. Benefit from incremental pay increases based on tenure, reaching up to $26.95 after three years. Your responsibilities include managing reservations, upholding service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide seamless service for guests and colleagues • Manage calls and redirect where necessary • Take ownership of guest requests and follow up appropriately • Book room reservations using the Property Management System • Sell guest rooms, tee times, and food reservations

Requirements:• Previous customer service experience required • Front Office or Reservations experience is a plus • Knowledge of Property Management Systems preferred • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Professional phone demeanor and numerical aptitude
