In this pivotal role, you will report to the Superintendent of Maintenance, overseeing continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring all operational standards are met. Mentoring supervisors will be key in sustaining development plans and promoting high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements:• Relevant degree or diploma in technical field with trade certification • Minimum of seven years in a supervisory role required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite essential • Experience in mobile mine operations is an advantage • Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
