CA$65,000.00/yr - CA$80,000.00/yr Salesforce Business Analyst Aldersyde, Alberta - 5 Days onsite Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a manufacturing company based just outside of Calgary. This role goes beyond traditional administration and involves a blend of business analysis, product ownership, and technical Salesforce work. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to manage Salesforce configurations, support digital marketing initiatives, streamline business processes, and enhance platform functionality. A strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud is essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions.Key responsibilities include collaborating with third-party Salesforce experts, identifying process gaps, gathering and analyzing requirements, and supporting marketing operations through Pardot. The role also involves building reports, managing data, and providing user support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically capable, and comfortable owning flows and projects from ideation to execution with the support of Salesforce experts. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules), data management, and automation tools such as Flows. They should be able to work cross-functionally, especially with marketing and the business teams, and have experience in business analysis. A background in digital marketing, particularly with Pardot, is ideal. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time, on-site role with the expectation to be in the office 5 days per week.Required: 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration. 5 years' experience as a business analyst or equivalent Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions. Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards,and reports.Pluses Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (especially Flows), and familiarity with Apex and Visualforce concepts.
