Overview As a

Growth&Customer Success Coordinator , you’ll support client success while learning how strategy turns into measurable results. You’ll work closely with senior team members across SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams.

Responsibilities

Support client onboarding and ongoing communication

Assist in building and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Ads, Content, Web)

Help track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools

Participate in client performance calls and internal strategy discussions

Coordinate tasks between internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Learn how KPIs, budgets, and growth metrics are managed

Develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

This role is designed to

grow into a strategist or account manager position

over time.

Qualifications

A

recent graduate

(Business degree is the preferred field)

Curious about

digital marketing, growth strategy, and analytics

Comfortable with numbers, data, and learning new tools

Organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership

A clear communicator who enjoys working with people

Tech-savvy and open to learning new platforms and systems

Comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

Internship or academic exposure to SEO, paid ads, analytics, or social media

Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM tools

Strong presentation or communication skills

Must-Haves

Excellent written and spoken English

Willingness to work

full-time from our Oakville office
