This role requires a unique set of skills as you work closely with children facing diagnoses such as Autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges. You'll implement personalized behavior support plans while maintaining a safe environment. Building relationships and enhancing social and emotional well-being are key focus areas of this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide primary support and ensure consistent person-centered care • Implement safety and behavior management plans • Complete documentation including daily logs and incident reports • Assist with household tasks like meal prep and personal care • Drive youth to community activitiesand appointments

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience • Class 5 BC Driver’s License and clear driving record • Positive Behaviour Management Training • Criminal Record Clearance and First Aid certification • Strong communication skills and ability to foster independence
