You will have the responsibility of executing menu items in a timely manner, providing support to your teammates and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Food preparation: cutting, portioning, frying, baking, following recipes, putting away orders, and cleaning of kitchen tools and facility as required Ensure all food preparation and storage procedures are followed as outlined by Vancouver Coastal Health, to include FIFO and appropriate labeling Playing a role in ensuring a respectful workplace environment by professional communication with all team members and customersOther duties as required Qualifications

Experience in a quick-paced&skilled kitchen environment A strong passion for food A positive and professional attitude Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Basic knife skills Food Safe Level 1 an asset Ability to work evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business The desire for growth and opportunityBenefits
