In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior PMCL and oversee project managers while ensuring seamless delivery and commercial success. You'll implement best-in-class practices, support project controls, and conduct training to enhance team capabilities. Your leadership will safeguard the project's profitability and consistency while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:• Mentor project managers and coaching project controls staff • Lead Project Independent Reviews (PIRs) to ensure quality • Deliver essential training in forecasting and change management • Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management • Identify distressed projects and develop corrective action plans

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent (10+ years) • Proven experience in delivering projects from start to finish • Strong knowledge of contracts and commercial risk analysis • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead assessments for project recovery plans
