Your responsibilities include leading multi-modal learning initiatives using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. Key Responsibilities:• Partner with clients to design impactful learning experiences • Apply design thinking to create dynamic learning journeys • Develop multi-modal learning, including eLearning and podcasts • Utilize industry-leading tools to enhance learning delivery • Evaluate learning solutions to ensure they meet business objectives

Requirements:• Undergraduate degree or certificate in instructional design • Minimum five years of experience in learning design • Proficient with learning authoring tools and technologies • Commitment to in-office work starting in 2026 • Advocate for diversity and inclusion in learning experiences
