We are looking for a

Brand Creative Designer

– someone capable of translating ideas, positioning, and business intent into compelling visual communication systems. This role is not simply about "making graphics". It is about shaping perception, crafting visual identity, communicating ideas clearly, and creating brand experiences that feel intentional, refined, and commercially effective.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing brand-aligned visual systems and creative directions across digital platforms.

Translating strategic positioning into compelling visual communication.

Designing campaign creatives, social content, presentations, and brand materials with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, composition, and storytelling.

Supporting the development of brand identities, campaign concepts, and communication frameworks.

Collaborating closely with strategists, marketers, content creators, and leadership teams.

Creating work that balances aesthetics with clarity, communication, and business intent.

Staying current with modern branding, design systems, cultural trends, and evolving AI-assisted creative workflows.

You should ideally:

Have 2.5–5 years of experience within branding, agency, creative, or digital environments.

Possess a strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative tools.

Have familiarity with social-first creative, campaign execution, and digital brand communication.

Be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in fast-moving environments.

Understand that great design is not decoration– it is communication.
