Account Manager, Commercial Insurance (Niagara Falls)

We’re searching for an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance in Ontario. Compensation

The expected hiring range for this role is $57,600 to $72,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. Responsibilities

Own and support client relationships and understand their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions. Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage. Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service. Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads.Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients. Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations. Always uphold a client‑first focus through the claims process. Qualifications

Sincere and personable, strong verbal communications skills to explain complex information simply. Building authentic relationships naturally. Master time manager, can multi‑task, demonstrates confidentiality and discretion. Adapt when priorities change based on client needs. Bonus: Farm/Agriculture insurance experience.Bonus: 3 years of Commercial insurance experience with Broker Level 2 License, working toward a CAIB, CRM or CIP designation. Benefits
