Banquet&Breakfast Cook Part Time Niagara Falls

Our company is looking for a Banquet&Breakfast Cook to join our busy culinary team. In this position, you will review pre-set menus for both banquet events and breakfast service, utilize a variety of cooking techniques, prepare and plate food, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery. You must follow all instructions from the Banquet Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Our ideal candidate has food production and culinary experience in both high-volume and fast-paced environments. While a culinary arts degree is not essential, formal training is considered an asset.Banquet&Breakfast Cook Duties and Responsibilities

Prep ingredients for daily banquet and breakfast service Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and effective manner Plate and garnish dishes according to presentation standards Maintain proper food levels and follow daily prep sheets Accept and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work areaFollow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures Assist with inventory tracking and stock levels Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams Banquet&Breakfast Cook Requirements and Qualifications
