Ontario . The role focuses on expanding management experience in a rapidly growing organization. Expected Compensation:
The hiring range is $57,600 to $72,000 based on a 35‑hour work week. The actual offer will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity. Reason for Vacancy:
This posting is to fill a current vacancy on our team. Responsibilities
Own and support client relationships, understanding their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions. Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage. Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service. Leverage software and applications to manage and convert leads.Work closely with industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for clients. Manage policy renewals, changes, and cancellations. Uphold a client‑first focus through the claims process. Qualifications
Sincere and personable with strong verbal communication skills, able to explain complex information simply. Build authentic relationships naturally. Excellent time management, capable of multitasking and handling confidentiality and discretion. Adapt quickly to changing priorities based on client needs.Bonus: Farm/Agriculture insurance experience. Bonus: At least 3 years of commercial insurance experience with a Broker Level 2 License, working toward a CAIB, CRM, or CIP designation. Benefits
