Property Maintenance Worker Niagara Region, Niagara Falls

Fix problems and maintain properties as a Property Maintenance Worker in the Niagara Region. This dynamic role involves hands-on work, providing support for upkeep and repairs across various locations.

Reporting directly to the Property Maintenance Supervisor, you will perform a variety of tasks, including preventative and emergency repairs in office buildings and rental units. You will also conduct inspections, monitor equipment, and support landscaping and facility maintenance efforts. Key Responsibilities:• Conduct daily walkthroughs for grounds and facilities • Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Maintain security and maintenance vehicles effectively • Assist with seasonal landscaping and office relocations • Document deficiencies for annual rental unit inspections

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year experience in property maintenance preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude and repair skills • Ability to use power tools safely and effectively • Lift up to 50 lbs comfortably • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
