Entry-Level Production Worker Needed at Salit Steel, Niagara Falls

Salit Steel is on the lookout for a Production Worker who will report to the Production Supervisor and perform critical production duties. This role will allow you to work safely while contributing to the team’s success and meeting departmental goals through effective production practices.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and pick steel rebar for orders • Operate machinery such as saws and benders after training • Assist process operators in machine management • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment • Additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:• Must be able to lift up to 23kg (50lbs) • Ability to work different shifts as needed • Basic math competence and tape measure use • Proven reliability and accountability in work habits • Educational background: High School Diploma/GED
