Our client is a dynamic, client-focused financial advisory firm operating in the real estate sector across the Niagara region and beyond. They're growing— and they're looking for a sharp, driven Financial Analyst to join their team and make a real impact.

The Opportunity This isn't a back-office number-crunching role. As a Financial Analyst– Real Estate Clients, you'll be front and centre — partnering directly with real estate clients, building financial models that drive real decisions, and playing a key role in complex property transactions and portfolio performance. What You'll Be Doing Financial Analysis&Reporting

Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and cash flow projections for real estate portfolios and development projects

Build and maintain financial models to assess investment performance, returns, and asset valuations

Conduct budget-to-actual reviews and identify key performance drivers and trends

Client Support

Partner with real estate clients to understand their business objectives and deliver actionable financial insights

Provide regular financial updates, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analyses to support client decision‑making

Assist clients with accounting inquiries and ensure compliance with reporting standards

Accounting&Process Support

Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations

Support month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, including journal entries and accruals

Help improve and document financial processes, workflows, and reporting systems

Strategic&Operational Projects

Support due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial evaluations for property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments

Monitor market trends and real estate benchmarks to contextualize financial performance

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA designation preferred)

2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in real estate, investment, or professional services

Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Power BI, Argus, or Yardi is a strong asset

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
