This position requires a balanced approach to operational HR functions and strategic workforce initiatives. Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate HR to foster employee engagement and maintain compliance with Canadian employment legislation. The role involves supporting morale, retention strategies, and onboarding activities in a growing segment of the company.

Key Responsibilities:• Address employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits • Conduct workplace investigations and suggest resolutions • Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture • Coordinate new hire onboarding and exit interviews • Maintain HRIS data accuracy through regular audits

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation • Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
