A premier financial services firm in Surrey, BC is hiring a dedicated professional to manage day-to-day client interactions and deliver exceptional administrative support. Primary Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming account inquiries. Resolve patron issues with accuracy, empathy, and professionalism. Guide individuals through documentation, onboarding, and account setup. Maintain accurate, updated records within the internal database. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the consumer experience.Qualifications
Prior experience in a dedicated assistance or public-facing role. Background in banking, investment, or related fiscal environments preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities. Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency with modern office software and database management.
